There are a variety of ways to obtain technical support. If you are an existing client, the best method is to submit a new trouble ticket via our client portal. If you are a new client, you may use our help desk to establish a new account. Call 865-951-7444 and an agent will be happy to assist you.
Remote SupportWe use LogMeIn to assist our clients remotely whenever possible. If the computer that is having problems does not have LogMeIn installed, you can download a customized version for your company by logging into the client portal. If you do not have access to the client portal, you may use the link below to install a generic installation on your computer. http://www.logmein.com
Emergency SupportIn the event of an emergency, or you cannot access the client portal, please call our help desk at 865.951.7444 for assistance. Support is available 24/7/365. If an agent is not available, please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. After hours support is available at a premium rate and must be approved by your company administrator.
